After you place your order online and payment is confirmed, We will start processing your order immidiatly. If additional action from you is required in order to obtain your prescription, we will reach out to let you know.
Once done processing, your order will be shipped via USPS First Class, UPS shipping, FedEx or Pelican Mail Services. We’ll email you a tracking number.

– Can my medication be shipped to a PO Box?

Yes, your medication can be shipped to a P.O. Box. For medications that require expedited shipping, such as those requiring refrigeration, a physical address will be required.

– Do I need to be home to receive my medication?

No, you don’t need to be home to receive your medication shipments. Depending on your address provided, if 100% valid delivery will be done on time, and don’t require a signature.

– What should I do if I haven’t receive my medication?

Once our pharmacy team receives your prescription, you can expect your medication to arrive within 2-5 business days and for overnight delivery takes 1day at most. All deliveries are subject to delays. We recommend checking your tracking number in which was emailed to your provided email address for the most up-to-date delivery information.
